I deal mostly in Sarasota Florida Foreclosures and I am thinking about starting a blog. I came across yours and was impressed by the content. I have seen many blogs and it is surprising to find one with so much good content. You guys are doing a great job, I will definetely be back.

Another new year means another year of opportunity! And yes, its a good time to start planning for business!

My favorite "diet book" is the Good Mood Diet...it was the first one I ever read that made sense or seemed like something I could realistically do!

Lets get this market back on track

We will quickly forget about taxes, maybe not entirely, once we get this economy turned around. I think by the middle of 2009, the economic news will start getting better and the housing market will start to stabilize. But it will take a couple of years for all the inventory to wash out.

To whom it may concern

My wife was 'selected' to be a non-trade volunteer and reported for the 0400 - 0800 shift on Monday morning (12/8). She is a hard worker and has volunteered may times in the past for Special Olympics and other organizations in Connecticut. She said as a 'non trade' volunteer she was treated like a 2nd class citizen. She was actually told by a 'volunteer coordinator' that the 'non trade' volunteers couldn't have anything to eat or drink (it was -10 with the wind chill that morning) as 'there was not enough food'. To add insult to injury, the volunteer crew was told that they were expected to serve breakfast to the trades at 0800. My wife left the job site at 730 am to buy her own coffee. I cant believe she was treated like this. All she wanted was a cup of coffee or hot cocoa to warm up and she was treated like a criminal. I am proud of the fact that my wife took a day off from work to help on this important project but I am absolutely shocked at the way she was treated. We were going to donate to the project but after the way she was treated we will not be donating one red cent. It just went to prove my theory that most of the people involved in this project are glory hounds and are just there because its being filmed for television.

Why they comment on newspapersAll newspapers have horrible commenters. They just do. Even the paper down here has "jackals". I remarked to someone once that they're all shut ins sucking down Grey Goose. I was immediately corrected and told it is Winn Dixie, store brand, vodka.

Unhappy people, poohing in front of a parade, they are. Oddly, our local commenters consider themselves "bloggers". They're commenters. Bloggers own blogs and have a URL and a job.
