It was Our Lady of Lourdes parish festival weekend and as usual it rained most of the week-end.  That didn't seem to dampen the spirts of internet lookers, as web hits were way up this weekend and we had more than our average of calls and inquiries.  Perhaps people were stuck in front of their computers instead of working in their yards and gardens but it was really quite amazing.  Hopefully this is a developing trend and those inquiries turn into showings.  In general, activity in Ledyard remains weak with only 1 pending sale this week.
