Maggie Brady is the daughter of my friend Brian Brady, a mortgage planner with World Wide Credit Corporation in California.  Besides being America's #1 Morgage Broker, Brian is quite the blogging and marketing expert and openly shares advice with the blogging community.  When Brian sent me a link to a video from his daughter Maggie, asking me to buy a magazine for a fundraising drive for her school, I couldn't resist.  I thought it was the cutest thing ever. 

It came as no surprise when Maggie followed up with the above video. She's Brian's daughter afterall.
