| May 11, 2008 | | Ledyard and Gales Ferry Homes for Sale, Pending and Sold |  Inventory increased this week to 127 active listings in Ledyard as sales continue to be lackluster. There were 12 new listings since my report last week. A year ago there were 102 homes either pending or sold in Ledyard. This year, that number is down by almost 50% with only 53 homes either pending or sold! The only good news to report is that showings did seem to increase in the under $350,000 price range. AND interest rates do remain favorable.
