 There are exactly 100 active residential listings in Ledyard. A year ago, that number was 107. What followed in 2007, was a rush of Pfizer employees relocating from Michigan. The rush is over so we'll need to look for a new source of buyers to reduce Ledyard inventory.
Interest rates remain favorable which is a good thing! We haven't broken the streak yet....since the beginning of the year, only one or two homes have sold per week in Ledyard and this week is no exception with only 2 pending sales. One of these homes was on the market for only 6 days, proof again that if priced right, and in outstanding condition, a quick sale is possible.
