What's up and What's down? The MLS statistics are now available for 2007. In Ledyard, the number of residential single family home sales was up by 11% and the average price was up by 2%. I'm still analyzing the big picture of New London County but I'll be reporting here soon along with more details of the Ledyard statistics. As far as last week, listing inventory continues to increase as we find ourselves with 91 active listings, up from 79 two weeks ago. The most disappointing news is that there is only 1 pending sale to report. This follows a week where there were no pending sales. Pending inventory in Ledyard stands at 12 which is a pretty low number. There were 5 price reductions since my last report. 4 homes closed last week.
