Ledyard and Gales Ferry Real Estate Update

For the last 3 weeks residential real estate inventory  in Ledyard has dropped. There are now 82 homes on the market.  Closed sales in Ledyard reached 210 to top last years closed count of 188.  There are probably a few more closed sales to be reported for 2008.

There have been no pending sales in the past two weeks in Ledyard, a little disappointing but not unexpected this time of year.  Showings have slowed and that should continue through the end of the year.
