Long Island MLS Tech Fair 2007

Sharing the stage with the some of the best of the real estate blogosphere

I started blogging in February 2006, a fairly long time in real estate blogging. I had no idea at the time that anyone would actually read my blog, let alone comment on it. And I didn't know that it would help me show up high on the search engines for Eastern CT Real Estate. My little blog has a small target audience, a tiny corner of Connecticut, so I don't try to compete with the big boys.

In about two weeks, I get to be on a blogging panel with a couple of the big boys at the 5th Annual Long Island Tech Fair to be held on October 16th at the Huntington Long Island Hilton. It's really a little scary since Rudy and Joe of the Sellsius Real Estate Blog are famous in the blogosphere, having recently toured around the country in an RV promoting real estate blogging. The other panelists are Dan Green of The Mortgage Reports fame and well known New York blogger Christine Forgione.

Despite my trepidation of sharing the stage, I'm looking forward to learning from the other panelists. And me, I'll talk about this little blog and how nice clients find me here.
