Eastern Connecticut Real Estate Snapshot

Although the number of sales remain sluggish, the good news of the month is residential single family inventory has not increased throughout Eastern CT. In the bad news department,  New London, Norwich and Stonington have over a one year supply of inventory; not a good sign for sellers in those towns.
