I believe I offer a unique perspective of the Eastern Connecticut Real Estate market. I'm a 30 year veteran of the area's real estate industry, a self-described technology nut and a local elected official. I hope to keep you informed of local real estate happenings, market trends and even some land-use issues. I plan to keep you linked to industry information that you can use to make intelligent real estate decisions.

It is fitting that my first post will be my annual State of the Market report for New London County.
