September arrives with 100 residential listings in Ledyard. This is pretty good news as exactly one year ago, there were 133 active listings in Ledyard. We hit the Trifecta this week with 3 new active listings, 3 pending sales and 3 closed sales.
We are ahead of 2008 closed sales so it appears that 2009 may be a better year in terms of number of sales. Average price will tell another story as the average price through July is more than 10% lower than 2008.
