New London County Real Estate Statistics

Real Estates Sales drop in New London County

The statistics for the first quarter of 2009 are now available at the Eastern Connecticut Board of Realtors website. You can visit the website for the big picture but let me just cut to the chase. In New London County, the number of residential homes sales in the first quarter is down 23.61% compared to the same quarter last year. The median price has dropped over 15% from $257,000 during the first quarter of 2008 compared to $217,000 during the first quarter of this year.
