Long Island MLS Tech Fair

I was on Long Island this week at the Long Island MLS Tech Fair, where I spoke on “Blogging and Social Networking”.  This is the second year I was invited to the event and I looked forward to the journey.  Literally.  If you have never taken the Cross Sound Ferry to Orient Point and then the drive down the North Fork, you need to do it!  At this time of year, Long Island is a showcase of farm stands with colorful mums and pumpkins. For me, it was one big photo opportunity as I try out my new camera.  I have a few photos up on my Flickr Page but I’ll be loading more so stop back again.  The photo below is of the shoreline of Groton from the deck of the John H, a member of the Cross Ferry fleet.
