Ledyard and Gales Ferry Real Estate Update

There are now 111 residential listings in Ledyard as the number of listings continues to increase each week.  I do have some good news; there were 4 pending sales reported in Ledyard this week.  This is the most sales reported in any week this year! 

How do we compare to other towns in Southeastern CT?  So far the statistics in area towns are similar to Ledyard with the exception of Norwich which has 45 closed sales this year.  I believe this is due to their large number of homes available under the $200,000 price barrier.
