| February 02, 2008 | | Ledyard and Gales Ferry Homes for Sale, Pending and Sold |  Inventory inched up again as homes for sale in Ledyard climbed to 95. In the last two weeks, several listings that didn't sell in 2007 returned to the active listing column. There were 9 new listings since my last report but several expired listings kept inventory from reaching the 100 mark.
