After dropping 4 weeks in a row, the number of residential real estate listings in Ledyard nudged up a bit but inventory is still at a much lower level than a year ago. There are now 85 residential single family homes on the market. The most disappointing news this week is there are no pending sales to report. This follows a week where there was only 1 pending sale reported. Despite this news, showings seemed to have increased this week. There were 8 price reductions since my last report as serious sellers attempt to attract buyers. 4 homes closed this week in Ledyard.
