Running in Ledyard

I finally put up my campaign signs yesterday.  As I've mentioned before, I strongly dislike campaign signs. They are often stolen and the rest are left to litter the town.  Since the election is only 8 days away, I didn't think I could put it off much longer.  So for about 3 hours, my husband and I drove around town and stuck signs in the ground.  There are lots of red (Republicans) signs but not so many blue (Democrats) signs; except for the mayors race where there are a gazillion signs for each candidate.  I'm guessing some candidates are holding off until after Halloween.  Since Halloween is on a school night, I didn't think there would be much opportunity for sign stealing.  Fortunately in Ledyard, signs are only up for 21 days prior to the election.

My favorite sign is the one in the back of my husband's truck.  A moving sign.  This one should be harder to steal.
