Welcome Home to Gales Ferry!

Gales Ferry Welcomes Home LCPL Coen

When you live in a military community, welcome home signs are not uncommon. I always wonder what the story is behind the signs - who's dad, brother, or husband is returning home after a tour of duty? Most of the signs are found in Groton, around the military housing areas, but I found these signs right around the corner from my real estate office, hung on the fence along Route 12. I don't know LCPL Coen but it appears he's a proud marine and I'm happy he's home. Welcome Home LCPL Coen!
