Ocean Beach Park Rules Are For the Birds

It was a beautiful day today in Southeastern Connecticut. I had a listing appointment in New London and arrived in the area about 30 minutes early so I decided to visit Ocean Beach Park. Lots of people had the same idea and the parking lot, boardwalk and beach were busier than I expected. This seagull had his own idea for a day at the beach.
