There is finally some good real estate news to report, as overall listing inventory has remained steady in New London County in the past month. Despite that good news, most towns have more than a 6 month supply of inventory while Stonington faces over a 1 year supply. During the second quarter the median sales price in New London and Windham Counties increased by almost 2% but the number of single family homes sold decreased by over 16%.
