Ledyard Real Estate Sales in 2006

Ledyard Average Sale Price Down in 2006

Ledyard’s average sale price of $288,652 in 2006 was down slightly from 2005. The number of home sales in Ledyard decreased by 25% from 2005, and as a result, Ledyard recorded the lowest number of home sales (188) in 10 years. No other town in New London County had a decrease of homes sales this significant, raising the question - Are high taxes impacting Ledyard’s real estate market?
