Ledyard Real Estate Update

September Listings and Sales in Ledyard/Gales Ferry

Ledyard home sales in September were disappointing to say the least. Only 11 homes closed during the month. There are currently 26 homes pending. Inventory continued to climb, reaching the highest level in 14 months with 137 Active listings. On a monthly basis, about 1 home is sold for every 2 new listings.
