Real Estate Conference attracts top agents

Each year almost 2000 top real estate agents come together to share ideas and network at Howard Brinton’s Star Power Conference.  This year the conference will be held July 19-22 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square in New York City.  Kerry, my client-care manager, and I, will be traveling by train to the conference this Wednesday.  New York City is the perfect environment for inspiration, ideas and adventure!   I’ll be seeing many of the top agents in the industry as well as many of my friends.  I always come back with marketing ideas, new technology, and an update on real estate trends.  One session I’m really looking forward to is “Staging Homes to Sell”.  The market is changing in Eastern CT and I am finding that pricing and home staging is critical in positioning homes to sell.  I’ll be bringing back more home staging ideas to help get my client’s homes sold!
