Home listings and sales in Ledyard during the week of 7/9/06

There were 8 new Ledyard listings this week in a wide range of prices. 5 homes were listed as "pending" with the highest price at $359,000. There were 4 closed sales this week, all under $300,000.

What's happening throughout Eastern CT? During the month of June, there were 328 home sales reported though the Eastern CT Multiple Listing Service with an average price of $328,000. On average, homes sold in 126 days at 98% of list price.
