Gales Ferry/Ledyard Weekly Update

Home listings and sales in Ledyard during the week of 7/2/06

Listing inventory in Ledyard currently stands at 118. (One year ago there were 97 listings on the market.) There were 7 new listings this week but the increase in inventory was balanced by 6 withdrawn/expired listings. There were 3 pending listings this week, each under $300,000.

The over $400,000 market remains very slow in Ledyard with only 11 homes sold over $400,000 so far this year. 5 of those were new construction homes.
