| June 18, 2006 | | Home listings and sales in Ledyard during the week of 6/11/06 | Listing inventory in Ledyard remains constant this week at 108 Active Listings. There were 11 new listings this week, surprisingly all but 2 are below the $300,000 mark and none above $350,000. There were 5 pending sales. Over the years, I've been asked quite often my opinion of open houses. I've never felt they were an effective marketing tool especially now with buyers using the internet to view homes online. This week I read an interesting online article about open houses.
