Selling a home on the internet!

The National Association of Realtors® reports that over 77% of buyers visit the internet as part of their home shopping experience.  Personally, I have found that the number of visitors to my websites is increasing month after month.

Realtor.com is still the granddaddy of all real estate websites and #1 for real estate home searches.  I use the enhanced listings feature, so my Eastern CT Real Estate Listings whether in Ledyard, Groton, New London or Norwich, all have additional photos.  My website, CTRelocation  is a great site that “pushes” homes onto numerous other websites including Yahoo Classifieds. A quick look at all my listings can be found at My Featured Listings site.  And finally if you live in Ledyard, your home will can be found on my I Love Ledyard website. If I can get at least 12 wonderful photos of a home, I feature it with its own individual website - 5 Sable Drive in Ledyard is a good example! I've even recently started to add all my new listings to this blog! Since 77% of buyers visit the internet to find a home, I want to be sure they find me first.
