Gales Ferry/Ledyard Weekly Update

Home Listings and Sales in Ledyard during the week of 5/7/06

There were 8 new listings in the Gales Ferry/Ledyard area during the week of 5/7/06. 4 pending sales took place during the week, 2 of them in the Sherwood Forest area. There were only 2 closed sales this week. The Eastern Connecticut Board of Realtors Economic and Market Watch Report was released this week. This is a quarterly report.
