First Quarter Ledyard Home Sales

Ledyard Home Sales Down

What's up and what's down as far as Ledyard real estate? Acording to the "Eastern CT Association of Realtors Market Watch Report", prices were up in the first quarter of 2006 but just barely. The number of homes on the market is up and days on the market is up. What's down? The number of homes sold in Ledyard is down significant from a year ago.
