New London County Economic and Market Watch Report

1st Quarter Real Estate Update

What's up and what's down as far as New London County real estate? Acording to the "Eastern CT Association of Realtors Market Watch Report", prices were up in the first quarter of 2006 but just barely. The number of homes on the market is up and days on the market is up. What's down? The number of new homes being built is down as builders become concerned with rising real estate inventory in the Eastern CT area.
