Do you have a clue?

Insurance claim haunts home seller in Gales Ferry.

A home seller of mine in Gales Ferry recently had a hiccup in his home sale because of an insurance claim he filed a few years ago. As a result of a minor leak previously reported, the buyer of this home had some explaining to do to secure an insurance policy for the closing. It was all because of the Clue database that keeps track of damage and claims reports.
